The Forerunner Discover Seminars

Forerunner Seminar Series

In this time of unprecedented economic, social, and environmental challenges, forerunners (purposed people) are optimally positioned to lead change and inspire creative, positive problem solving that will help us all move forward.

Intentional, Strategic, Systematic Change
We have recently launched 4 new seminars aimed at helping people and organizations better understand and value the contributions of those people who are intrinsically motivated to build, create, innovate, and reform. Forerunners are passionate about their ideas, their ideals, and issues.

Four New Seminars

Living An Authentic Life

October 24, 2011 - 6:30-9 PM
This seminar focuses on leading the participant to self-discovery and understanding about their motivation, strengths/giftedness, purpose and objectives.
Discover your unique purpose, meaning, and significance and how you can be successful doing the things that make you happy. Learn how to stimulate creativity and evaluate and prioritize your ideas and how to release the potential you have in undiscovered and latent skills and talents. You will gain a ‘big picture view’ of your life which will help you figure out what you should do next.
The seminar series will help you see which of your objectives matter and how you are equipped to build a purposeful, meaningful, and successful life.

The seminar addresses issues that affect young adults who are making choices about education and career direction, and personal values. It will also provide encouragement and direction for creative and artistic people and those who are re-forming their career in mid-life or who are entering retirement and who want to continue to use their skills and wisdom to do something valuable for others.

It delivers an intentional, strategic, and systematic plan for community change. TBA

What Is A Forerunner?
This seminar is designed to help define and value the characteristics of forerunners to help them (the forerunners themselves) and their families and co-workers. Participants will learn how forerunners think, create, and approach problems and also how they can empower their vision and live their dreams. Strategies will be provided to help forerunners connect with others in order to move forward with their ideas. TBA

Becoming a Forerunner Friendly Organization
The seminar outlines a variety of systems and procedures that will optimize and utilize the potential of all people within an organization. Participants will learn how to structure their organization to create a respectful, stimulating, values-based environment. TBA
